Telangana NRI Association (TeNA) held its Biennial general body meeting on Saturday, Aprill 4th at Hartford, CT. More than 60 members attended from various states from across USA. The members elected the new board members and appointed various committees and city chapter coordinators. Program was started with the Jaya Jaya He Telangana Rashtra Geetham and then paying a tributes to all the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in Telangana state movement. The general body meeting reviewed the past two years activities and also brainstormed the agenda for the next two years. All the members pledged to take a proactive role and contribute to strengthen Telangana identity and culture in USA at the same time act as a channel for all Telangana NRIs to make contribution to the reconstruction of Telangana into a modern and a developed state.
